Speaking as an unabashed lefty who definitely needed some cheering up and consoling after the events of the past few weeks, that was one helluva State of the Union speech. I feel much better today! Thanks Mr. President!
Now, will it actually change anything? Maybe, maybe not. But sometimes a pick-me-up goes a long, long ways.
